It selects every record in the list, not just the ones on screen, so bulk actions apply to all of them. You’ll find it on the Attachments list and on a company’s People tab too.

Selecting by number range is gone.
To select a range, click the first record and shift-click the last. Everything in between is selected.

Switch to list view.
Each of those tabs now has a view switcher in the top-right corner, for table or list, plus a Sort button. List view shows the same record cards as the main search pages. PCRecruiter remembers your choice for each tab.

See each person’s company.
On a rollup’s People tab, open the column menu, choose Add a column and pick Company Name from the Companies section. The column is for viewing and can’t be sorted.

Records Layout

A clearer Configure fields screen.
When you configure the Details card, field names show in full, fields are grouped under section headings, a search box helps you find a field to add, and a menu moves a field to another section or to a new one.

Step through records in Full View.
The previous and next record arrows stay available when you expand a record panel to Full View.

Contact options are ready when the record is.
Email, Call and SMS in a record’s Contact menu were sometimes greyed out on records that have that information. They now match the record.

A duplicate check for records you type in.
When you save a person entered by hand in Add Name, PCRecruiter first looks for possible duplicates and shows a banner naming any likely match. If it really is a different person, press Save again. A Check Duplicates button lets you look before saving.

Selection windows open in front.
Industry, Specialty and other selection windows opened from Add Name, Add Company, Add Position or Bulk Import now open in front of the window instead of hidden behind it.

Custom Text Area fields can be edited on the Overview.
Custom Text Area fields in the Details card can now be edited right on a record’s Overview tab.

Built-in fields show their own values.
If your database has a custom field with the same name as a built-in one, such as a custom “Title” or “Status”, the Details card now shows the built-in field’s value under that label. The custom field is still there: it appears in the Add a field list marked as a custom field, so you can add it to the card separately.

Your Overview layout follows you.
Changes to the cards on a record’s Overview are saved to your account, so the same layout appears on any computer or browser you sign in from. If a layout doesn’t carry over at first, a full browser refresh picks up the update.

Currency fields display correctly.
Adding a currency field, such as Min or Max Salary, to a position’s field list card no longer causes an error.

Email & Sequencing

Email a résumé from the record.
An Email Resume button appears on a candidate’s Resume tab and in the quick résumé preview from search results. It opens Send Mail with the résumé already attached. If you are viewing a blinded résumé, the blinded copy is the one attached.

Email aliases send normally. Sending from an alias whose description holds an email address in brackets, which is common with Sign in with Microsoft, no longer fails with “Unexpected error.”

Editor menus open in full. Menus in the email editor, such as the list styles, no longer open partly cut off.

Sequences start on their begin date. A sequence saved with a future begin date now becomes active when that date arrives, instead of staying Paused.

Integrations

Better connections for integrations.
Apps connected through OAuth – such as the MCP – can now work with position notes, deal notes, deal activities, deal attachments and calendar items when the user has permission. Calendar access through the API follows calendar sharing and Scheduling permission. PCRecruiter’s Allow Access screen now supports PKCE, which some newer integration platforms require.

OAuth sign-ins renew reliably.
Apps that sign in to PCRecruiter through OAuth now keep a single, working connection when their access is renewed.

Gmail add-on and Zapier sign-in updated.
Signing in to the Gmail add-on and the Zapier integration has been updated to work with our new API connection service.

Every RingCentral text and call comes through.
RingCentral sync now brings in all SMS messages and calls for busy accounts. Previously, anything beyond the first 1,000 in a sync could be missed.

Other Fixes

Deals Analytics exports to Excel again. Export as .xlsx downloads a workbook with one tab per widget. A widget with nothing to show gets a tab with headings only.

Your own calendar count on the home page.
The Today Stats widget shows each user their own number of calendar items for today.

Column controls stay in reach.
Table columns can no longer be dragged so narrow that the sort arrow and column menu disappear. Long column names shorten with “…” and show in full when you hover. Columns saved very narrow before may now look a little wider.

This update brings new ways to work with rollups, a quicker way to email a résumé, and a round of fixes.
